Trig point Thursday! I know, I know, Tuesdays are for trigs but it's the time of year when you have to grab your trigs when you can! (So to speak)!
I'm trying to shift my working day into the evening a bit so I can get outside in the middle of the day and get some daylight.
Really getting into my low heart rate running now - very relaxing! I just stick my favourite tunes on and plod along enjoying the views and sunshine - perfect way to spend an autumn lunch break!
