๐ช๐ผ Cam and I got a quick leg day in while the boys got an early start to skiing โท๏ธ. Hereโs what we, well I did ๐
๐๏ธโโ๏ธ Started with a dynamic warmup: clam shells, bridges, body weight squats, hip cars, hamstring openers.
Squats: drop set- 15,12,10,8 (go heavier each round)
Superset: Leg extension 10 together then 10 Single leg x3
Superset: Seated leg press -12 to single leg press-12 x3
Hamstring curls: Drop sets- 15,12,10,8
Finisher legs 2 min wall sit with 25lb plate
CORE finisher:๐ฅ They didnโt have mats so opted core on the bench
1. Candle sticks- come down really slow! 2 sets of 12
2. Single leg switch in candle stick position - 2 sets 30 seconds on 10 seconds off
3. Knee drives in candle stick - 2 sets of 30
4. Last min: 10 reverse crunches, 10 single leg switch, 10 leg in outs, 20 knee drives. Try not to COME DOWN THE WHOLE TIME ๐ entire workout with warmup took under 45 minutes. Let me know if you try it!๐ค
