Gordon Ramsay Steak Marinade
Ingredients:
12 oz Steak
⅓ cup Balsamic Vinegar
2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
3 tablespoons Olive Oil
2 cloves Garlic, Minced
2 sprigs Rosemary, Minced
⅔ cup Dark Brown Sugar
½ teaspoon Kosher Salt
½ teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
⅓ teaspoon Red Pepper
Directions:
Mince garlic and rosemary for the marinade.
In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, and olive oil.
Add minced rosemary, garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper to the mixture.
Pour into a zip-lock bag and shake until combined.
Add steak to the bag, coat evenly, and refrigerate for six hours.
Remove steak, pat dry, and set aside.
In a skillet, heat olive oil and fry steak until crispy.
