We go vegetarian today, after eating non-stop meat for the past couple of days. Spinach and ricotta agnolotti from @latinafreshau when they were half price @woolworths_au last week. Sautee some garlic, swiss brown mushroom and choko from #gracesusatyogarden with @colessupermarkets tomato passata. Bought some coral tooth mushroom from Canberra Market and I made them into tempura mushroom. I use Assi Tempura Batter mix bought from @kmall09, followed the instruction. These little mushrooms are so fragile, but yet taste so good and meaty. Their colour change to pink after cooking, so pretty yet delicious to eat. Last pic, made some warm kumato, mushroom, and my leftover @aldiaustralia artichoke hearts. And of course, we must add @leaningoakcheese amazing and beautiful halloumi cheese. I simply cut kumatoes into quarters, pan fried mushroom, halloumi and artichoke hearts.
