I love watching @adamliaw cooking shows and when I watched this curry being made, I knew it is a curry I would definitely try. This is the easiest curry I ever made and it is packed with so much flavour!! We loved it. Most definitely going to be our regular curry on my list. I added a few twist to the ingredients... instead of pork belly, I used pork scotch. I didnt add as much water as suggested because I didn't want it to be too watery, I added a bit of hot chilli flakes and I finished off the cooking in a low oven. Gnocchi bolognese Great meal prep idea for a lazy weeknight, all you need is to: make some bolognese sauce with some diced brown onion, (some diced carrot too if needed), minced garlic, seasoned beef mince until the mince is cooked through, then add the canned diced tomatoes, tomato paste, herbs, a bit of sugar and some spice if you want, let that cook/simmer for a bit then add the gnocchi in for about 3-4 mins or until cooked and make sure all the gnocchi is in that sauce to ensure it cooks evenly. Kycklinggratäng med smak av tomat&saffran! Denna gratäng är något av det godaste som finns att bjuda på och passar utmärkt både till vardag som fest. Man kan med fördel förbereda allt innan gästerna kommer för att sen skjutsa in den i ugnen när alla har kommit. Här kommer mitt recept⬇️ 800 g kycklinglårfilé 2 solo vitlökar 3 färsk lök eller 1 lök 2 stycken créme fraîches saffran & tomat 3 dl grädde 2 msk tomatpuré 1/2 dl sockerfri chilisås 1 msk kycklingfond Svartpeppar Roasted garlic pepper Persilja 🌿 Salt 1 kuvert saffran 1 mozzarella 2 dl rivost Gör så här⬇️ Putsa kycklingen och krydda dom. Bryn dom i smör och olivolja. Placera i en ugnsfast form. Skär lök och vitlök och stek i samma panna med smör. Tillsätt tomatpuré och chilisås när löken mjuknat. Häll i créme fraîches grädde och fond. Krydda såsen och låt puttra till såsen tjocknar. Skiva mozzarellan och placera på kycklinglårfilérna och slå över såsen. På med rivost och lite extra persilja. In i ugnen på 225 grader i 25 minuter. Servera med kokt blomkål & broccoli samt lite cocktail tomater och gurka. Falafel and Cucumber Sauce Ingredients: 1 cup dried chickpeas 1/2 large onion, roughly chopped (about 1 cup) 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro 1 teaspoon salt 1/2-1 teaspoon dried hot red pepper 4 cloves of garlic 1 teaspoon cumin 1 teaspoon baking powder 4-6 tablespoons flour Soybean or vegetable oil for frying For the Cucumber Sauce: 1 cup plain yogurt 1/2 cucumber, peeled and finely diced 1 teaspoon dried dill weed 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (optional) Salt and pepper to taste Directions: Place dried chickpeas in a bowl and add enough cold water to cover them by at least 2 inches. Let soak overnight, then drain. Put drained, uncooked chickpeas and the onions in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a steel blade. Add the parsley, cilantro, salt, hot pepper, garlic, and cumin. Process until blended but not pureed. Sprinkle in the baking powder and 4 tablespoons of the flour, and pulse. You want to add enough bulgur or flour so that the dough forms a small ball and no longer sticks to your hands. Turn into a bowl and refrigerate, covered, for several hours. Form the chickpea mixture into balls about the size of walnuts, or use a falafel scoop, available in Middle-Eastern markets. Heat 3 inches of oil to 375 degrees in a deep pot or wok and fry 1 ball to test. If it falls apart, add a little flour. Then fry about 6 balls at once for a few minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. For the sauce, combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well and chill.
