🥬🍕🎥🎬 👉 seasonal delicious dindin + @littleemptyboxes premier A much needed date day with the lovely @dannydrawls 👉 had an absolutely delicious dinner at @gjelinarestaurant, with the best salad I’ve ever had. A grilled salad with roasted red peppers, capers, and an anchovy buttermilk dressing. In addition we got some red snapper, lamb sausage pizza, short rib, and blistered snap peas! These seasonal simple yet flavorful type of dinners and my absolute favorite when going out to eat! 🎬 ended the night with incredibly vulnerable & informative film by @maxlugavere. Cícerové fusilli s paprikovou omáčkou 1 balenie tempehu olej 2-3 mladé cibuľku 3 červené papariky (kápia) 1 balenie mascarpone 5-6 listov dúhového mangoldu 2 lyžice natto syra cícerové fusilli pecorino V hrubostennej panvici si na troche oleja opražíme na menšie kocky pokrájaný tempeh. Občas premiešame, aby sa opiekol so všetkých strán. Opečený tempeh vyberieme na tanier. Do panvice si pridáme bielu časť mladej cibuľky pokrájanú na kolieska. Chvíľu opražíme a pridáme na pásiky pokrájanú papriku. Chvíľu orestujeme, potom prikryjeme pokrievkou a na miernom ohni dusíme pár minút do mäkka. Podusenú papriku rozmixujeme s mascarpone na hladký červený krém. Ochutíme ho soľou. Paprikovú omáčku privedieme znova k varu a do horúcej vmiešame opečený tempeh, na hrubšie pásiky pokrájaný mangold a na kolieska pokrájanú zelenú časť mladých cibuliek. Premiešame a odstavíme. Mangold dôjde aj v horúcej omáčke. Na záver primešame natto syr. Ale už nevaríme. Podľa návodu si uvaríme 250g cícerových fusilli. Z hrnca ich horúce vyberáme priamo do omáčky (cestoviny nepreplachujeme studenou vodou). Premiešame a môžeme podávať. Word has it I created a right masterpiece 🎨 1 red onion 1 medium butternut squash 3 garlic cloves 1 tbsp butter Olive oil 1 tsp honey 1 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional) Red pesto/ sauce of choice (optional) 400g Baby tomatoes 1 pack of halloumi Salt and pepper 🍅Pre heat the oven at 200 degrees (fan oven) on a baking tray place chopped up veggies and garlic, drizzle a decent amount of olive oil, sprinkle some salt and fresh rosemary if you fancy it then bake for 30-40 mins. 🍅Boil orzo half way through the process of cooking the veggies, once drained placed the orzo back into the pan then mix in the pesto or sauce of choice and add the nutritional yeast. 🍅 Once the veggies are ready turn of that oven, into another pan fry olive oil and butter then fry the halloumi for 3 mins on each side with drizzled honey on top.
