Today, I have seen one of the most underrated movies that I have ever seen. It’s called Nostalghia.
This Russian Italian Movie is about a man who visits Italy to investigate a Russian composer who lived there. He and his interpreter visits parts of Italy, meets a strange fellow and has visions during his journey.
Nostalghia may not have been the best work from Andrei Tarkovsky, but he delivers amazing camera shots, unique performances and a smooth touch of editing. I’ll give this movie an 8/10. #movie #movienight #nostalgia #andreitarkovsky #sovietunion #sovietcinema
