Easy Spinach Rice<br />*1 cup Basmati rice<br />*2 cups broth (chicken or veggie)<br />*1 teaspoon salt<br />*1/2 teaspoon garlic powder<br />*2 cups fresh spinach leaves, finely chopped<br /><br />***Directions:<br />Combine rice, broth, salt and garlic powder in a pot. <br />Without the lid, bring the pot with the rice and broth to a boil.
