I napped for liken4 hours today .. was not planned!! But I guess I needed it !! .. besides tired today my right knee hurt for a bit ... and I think it's from the take out even though I'm trying my best to keep them ketovore I'm sure there are other things in there... back to my normal scheduled programming tomorrow!!! Lol .. I also go shopping tomorrow so that will help a lot !! I finished all of my tasks for the challenge today 😀 even with being tired!! ... but as I sit here crawling in to bed (yes I'm still tired) I realize I forgot to fill in my journal of my tasks so I will do that tomorrow .. have a good night everyone !!
