I keep thinking my winter work has finished 🤔!
Well, it wasn't really winter today, just a beautiful and at times changeable spring day in the Cairngorms, with plenty of fresh snow overlying the older firm snow in places, and everything from hail showers and mist to blue sky and sunshine! Classic Scottish weather.
It was a pleasure to meet Dafydd today - we have been "social media buddies" for a while, keeping up with each other's adventures, but today we finally managed some hill time together.
Dafydd is already a competent navigator but is keen to push his skills up a notch. The Cairngorm Plateau is the perfect place to hone such skills and we spent a full day hopping around various points with lots of top tips and handy hints along the way.
