Now that I've completed my 2024 bodybuilding season, I'm excited to shift my focus to my 2025 building season. This morning, I stepped on the scale and saw that I weighed 125.9 pounds. After taking a week off to rest and recover, I feel rejuvenated and ready to tackle my next fitness goals. My plan is to train six days a week and incorporate 30 minutes of steady-state cardio into my routine. I'll keep Saturday as my designated rest day, but I may switch it up and take Sundays off instead, depending on my schedule. Currently, I'm following a reverse diet and gradually increasing my macronutrient intake to support muscle growth.
