Fantastic lineup of wines last night 💥
My favourite? Well #1 spot for me went to the Zind-Humbrecht. Petrol, lemon, white musk aromas with quite a full body weight in the mouth. Superbly balancing the acidity of Resling, the richness of mouthfeel as well as higher alcohol content. Long lasting finish with notes of ginger. Incredible exemplary of what a great Alsatian Resling should taste like. Bravo 🙌🏼
