Och @lottasturnegk levererade som vanligt fantastik mat, @adamsselected berättade och lät oss njuta av magiska drycker … Hur kan man känna sig så överkört fredagstrött när man kliver in i en lokal och sedan lite smått transformerad - full av energi, glädje (och så klart italienska härliga smaker) när man kliver ut?! Kanske beror det på att vi i den vackra entrén möttes av ett hav av färgglad Aperol och redan där kände våren spritta trots regn utanför? (Lånade del av er fina bild @yxhammargarden ) Eller så var det den härliga tallriken med antipaston som tillsammans med det utvalda bubblet gjorde oss pigga och lyckliga? Eller … den fint sammansatta gnocchin i tomatsås och en hög med parmesan (hur gott och älskar högar med parmesan) som samspelade totalt med en magisk Chardonnay (vem hade kunnat tro att den kombon ”gifte sig” så fint? Inte jag i alla fall). Eller var det rödingen som tillsammans med den syrade såsen och det vita pärlande vinet fullkomligt smälte i munnen och fick mig att skrapa envist på tallriken för att liksom inte missa allt det goda? Och avslutningsvis … en smula dolce som så söt och fin avslutade kalasmåltiden … tillsammans med en Grappa. Ni som känner mig väl förstår 😊 Jag vet inte jag. Η Λακουδίτσα προέρχεται από βιολογικούς, προφυλλοξηρικούς, αυτόριζους αμπελώνες μεγάλης ηλικίας, που βρίσκονται στις πλαγιές του όρους Αίνος, το υψηλότερο βουνό του Ιονίου. Η σπάνια λευκή ποικιλία Ζακυνθινό και η αρωματική Μοσχατέλλα (μακρινή συγγενής της γαλλικής Muscadelle), έγιναν ένα ξεχωριστό blend και ακολούθησαν μια σχεδόν ευφυή οινοποίηση, που συνδύασε τρεις διαφορετικές μεθόδους. Ένα μέρος του κρασιού προήλθε από λιαστά σταφύλια, ένα από την μέθοδο των orange wines και ένα ωρίμασε σε βαρέλια από γαλλική δρυ. Στο τέλος η ανάμειξη των παραπάνω έδωσε ένα πολύ συμπυκνωμένο και εντυπωσιακό αποτέλεσμα. Χρώμα λαμπερό πορτοκαλί με κίτρινες ανταύγειες. Αρώματα μεθυστικά από γλυκό λεμόνι, λεμονανθό, μαρμελάδα ροδάκινο, φρέσκο κουμ-κουατ, ξύσμα πορτοκαλιού, μέλι, κερήθρα, νότες φουντουκιού. Γεμάτο σώμα με βελούδινη υφή. Έντονη συμπύκνωση και οξύτητα που ισορροπεί τη γλυκύτητα. Ροδάκινο, τάρτα από βερίκοκο, βανίλια και καβουρδισμένα φουντούκια. Η επίγευσή του είναι μακρά.

Comeyre 2021, L Anglore, Vallée du Rhône. A mix of 90% Carignan and 10% Bourboulenc and Clairette from vines planted in 1926 by Eric’s great-grandfather. Explosive red fruit (black cherry, raspberry) with hints of scrubland. The tannins are rather soft, but deep and intense. The Domaine de l’Anglore, founded by Marie and Eric Pfifferling in Tavel, cultivates its vines on 18 hectares using organic farming. Their wines, often called the « Beaujolais of the south, » are distinguished by their fruity, fresh, and deep character, reflecting Eric’s passion for natural wine.
