let’s address the elephant in the room here…at least for me….what is it that REALLY stresses you out in a day?
good god, that’s a loaded question for me. lately it’s my unorganized house, it’s my kids leaving their dishes and snack wrappers everywhere, its the later bedtimes because it’s nice out, it’s hearing “mom” a 100 times a day, it’s having the need to feel like i HAVE to be productive, doing something every minute of my day, then feeling burnt out and inevitably a major crab ass of a mom once 7pm rolls around.
and then it all starts all over again the next day…..🤪
i know i can’t possibly be the only mom out there like this so don’t be embarrassed. who’s with me?
