Well a ' Cauldron ' Version as I made my own tomato and herb sauce aka a blended salsa , instead of using Tinned Mackerel I used Pre prepared from the fridge

There's a swap out of Capsicum for Aubergine for my allergy too ... but it's certainly a winner and fits in with a @greggwallace.health lifestyle
