Getting out of my comfort zone and wearing cropped shirts and sweaters. When I gained weight a couple of years ago I felt really insecure and started wearing oversized clothes. I wanted to hide myself away cause I gained weight and felt embarrassed that I gained weight back but there’s nothing to be ashamed or embarrassed about. I want to feel confident in my body and what I am wearing so I am going out of my comfort zone and starting to wear things I’ve never worn. Cropped shirts I’d never wear before but I like them and always wanted to wear them so I did it. I always wanted to hide away the parts of me I thought other people would dislike or think we’re not appropriate for society. Isn’t that horrible thinking ? How we have grown up in a society that we believe we can’t be confident in our in skin or wear what we feel comfortable wearing. Well I’m stepping out and not caring what others think of me. Jag använde filter på min instagram. Det gör jag. En viss färgton. Jag har bytt genom tiden. Brunt, rosa, etc.. men det handlar inte så mycket om utseende för mig utan mer en grej jag har för mig att alla bilder måste va av samma färg och ha ett följe. (Det har att göra med andra saker) typ.. wierd stuff man har för sig ungefär som när man måste ha vissa burkar i köket på en viss plats osv 😂 ….. Men detta med filter är för mig sjukt skrämmande. Speciellt när det är såå lättåtkomliga och varenda filter ska ge dig ett yttre som du kan få genom att använda dig av plastikkirurgi/skönhetsingrepp. Slät hy, stora ögon, stora läppar, långa fransar, smal näsa, strukturerad käke, etc.. detta är tillgänglig på TikTok främst. Där finns massvis! Jag som 38 åring kvinna blir påverkad och undviker sållades att använda dessa. Tänka sig barn då? … Jag kan aktivt välja att avböja dom. För att dom gör inget annat än gör mig osäker på mitt utseende som redan är. Och varför ska jag behöva gå runt och vara osäker för att jag inte ser ut sådär? … Dessa filter förvränger ens syn på sig själv. Och jag vill inte ha en förvrängd bild av mig själv. Jag kommer aldrig att se ut sådär, jag ser inte ut sådär och om jag använder dessa filter så försvinner mitt vanliga jag. Och det blir därmed ovant att se sig själv i spegeln så som man Verkligen ser ut. Jag tror det är livsviktigt att vi får se ut som vi gör. Att andra får se hur vi ser ut på riktigt. För i slutet när filtret försvinner så är det ju faktiskt bara helt vanliga jag kvar och även om denne inte är helt perfekt som filtret så är jag bra nog ändå. Jag behöver inte en annan form på min käke, eller ett annat yttre. Och samma tankesätt försöker jag applicera när jag sminkar mig. … För man kan verkligen sminka sig något så helt annorlunda än vad man egentligen ser ut. Och det i sig kan också skapa en osäkerhet för ens vanliga jag. Även om jag tycker att jag är snygg i smink så är det viktigt för mig att vara utan. & få känna mig fin, van vid mitt eget ansikte. För jag behöver bibehålla bilden av mitt äkta jag. Så som jag ser ut. Utan allt på. För det är ju så jag ser ut. Oavsett hur många lager smink jag eller olika filter jag Anv..
