Today I started a new journey of putting me first. Started my day with God and then worked out with my hubs. Before you judge and say WHY you are skinny yes I am skinny but not healthy. I am choosing to get healthy (body,mind and soul) and strong so I outlast this guy next to me haha. He encourage me the whole time when I wanted to stop because I just wanted to sit, watch a show and eat a donut. He goes after keeping going.
