Since I joined the gym, I had two surgeries, been managing type II diabetes, traveling for work every quarter, bought a house, bought a car, helped my mother get her life back on track after her health scares, all while trying to manage relationships with people in my life without losing myself 😮💨 You've been a constant for me showing up every week with weight training and bootcamp making sure my self care never goes lacking. You rarely cancel and the music is always on point. It took me a while, but I've felt safe enough to open up and meet some cool people too. The Duchess of Cambridge has been found behind the Viking Cooking school in Greenwood Mississippi at the Alluvian Hotel’s boutique fitness studio, Studio A. A lover of fitness, Kate couldn’t decide which class to take, so as you can see, she took them all!! Kate loved the energy and vibes Christine brings to each class. From the dress up themes, decorations, lit playlist and fun moves, the princess went ahead and booked her next class because she knows they fill up fast! 💨 As you can see next, Kate decided to spend her Saturday morning downtown at hot yoga with @mghughey at 9:30. “Smashing” is how she described Melissa’s challenging yet rejuvenating flow. She loved the lavender infused cooling rags during savasana! Next up for the Princess of Wales was Kick’n It with Brooke! Kate felt that the rotational moves of kicking and punching would really help level up her tennis game! 🎾 She loved that this full body workout hit all muscle groups and loved Brooke and all the different ages of the members of the class!
