UPCOMING OFFICIAL AND UNOFFICIAL DISNEYLAND EVENTS I have updated my Anaheim Convention Center / Area Hotels / and Official Privately run Disneyland events charts. This are also saved in my IG Highlights because it is a static place you can look for my posts. ‼️READ THROUGH FOR DETAILS An Unofficial Privately run Disneyland day is an event organized and run privately within one or both parks with meet ups at certain areas at certain times. Make note of timing and locations for Group Photos as some events have large attendance numbers (Like Nurses Day did😳😁) and it will impact that specific area anywhere from 15 to possibly 30 minutes depending on how long it takes to get together and snap that photo. 👉🏻Some have attraction takeovers too and be sure you make note of those times and locations as they could impact the attraction and the surrounding area. I included CHOC Walk in the official list because this one is more of a shared event. The UNOFFICIAL events will NOT affect park hours but may impact certain areas in their schedules, as I mentioned above, so BE PREPARED and aware of the day’s events by checking their Facebook, Instagram, or websites for details. I’ve put the private events’ website and Instagram information in the slide for reference. The Disneyland OFFICIAL after hours events affect hours and they are SEPARATELY ticketed events like Star Wars Nite and Pride Nite. These two will BOTH close Disneyland Park to regular guests at 8pm each event night. STOP SHARING THESE I know you think it’s a kind gesture to share them but you are exposing your account if you have a pass or your ticket. I have noticed more people saying a friend or someone removed their reservations. Anyone scanning these to add to their app can then add your ticket/pass. ‼️Please, stop exposing your ticket/pass info unnecessarily. I’ve tested it and I’ve seen a person’s account. I also know through experience that adding a ticket/pass to your app gives you access to modify any reservations under those accounts. Have a food allergy? As long as you’re vocal about it, Disneyland is probably the SAFEST place you can be! When I was visiting Disneyland earlier this year, I stopped by the Gibson Girl Ice Cream Parlor for a treat. I have a cinnamon allergy, and have had a run-in with a waffle cone in the past made with cinnamon… a mistake that only has to happen once! When ordering my ice cream, I asked if there was cinnamon in the cone, and confirmed that, yes, it was for a food allergy. Long story short, that basically shut production DOWN. Ingredients were checked, surfaces and tools were swapped out and sanitized to prevent cross-contamination. I felt like a high-maintenance menace, but I was also SO appreciative that it was being taken so seriously. So next time you’re going for a park snack, double-check that it’s a safe one for you, and munch without worry!

Disney can shut this photo op down. - Prepare that you will NOT be in the front. Please do not try to get to be in the front. People who know me, know I am a HUGE flower lover. The flora around Disneyland is such a favorite detail of mine, and I’m stopping to admire each blossom all throughout the day. Amongst the cosmos, anemones, and tabebuia, did you know that Disneyland has its very own type of rose?? Next time you’re visiting, look for the vibrant Disneyland Floribunda Rose. In the early 2000s, Disney’s horticulture team (hello, dream job??) took on the task of coming up with a signature flower for the park. They knew this flower would need to have large blooms and an eye-catching color, and would be able to withstand things like pests, disease, prolonged sun exposure, and inquisitive guests! This rose struck them as the perfect fit 🙌🏼 We are entering Southern California’s first rose cycle of the year— say hello to these gorgeous blossoms next time you’re around!

PARK HOPPING 👉🏻ALL Magic Key Passes are Park Hoppers. 👉🏻All Park Hopping (for a Park Hopper ticket OR Magic Key) BEGINS at 11am and you can go back and forth between the parks from then on. Just watch out if you try to hop within 30-45 minutes of one park’s entry. The system will tag you. Just be kind and preface your entry scan with what you are doing. 👉🏻When you make a Park Reservation with a Magic Key (as well as a park hopper ticket) and want to park hop, ALL you need to do is pick a STARTING park ONLY. The park hopping at 11am is AUTOMATICALLY allowed. 👉🏻AUTOMATICALLY 👉🏻You DO NOT need to reserve the second park. Actually the system won’t let you reserve both parks for the same day anyway. So DON’T worry about it. MAGIC KEY AVAILABILITY By year and by month These calendars go out 13 months in advance so there’s no excuse to not know what days a pass has availability for before purchase. They also like to move the days around each year so it is really important to check these at renewal as well. It isn’t too difficult to get park reservations when days become available but as a date moves closer, availability of reservations drops. Continuously check the reservations if you do run into a no more availability issue. People cancel all the time and sometimes right at or before 11:59pm. ‼️Park reservations are split into separate buckets for each pass type AND each ticket type.
