A 2016 tower addition at Indiana University Health's Riley Hospital in Indianapolis was designed with a large open structure to handle many daily visitors. This 10-color epoxy terrazzo floor has a vitrified finish for high gloss and ease of maintenance. HKS Maregatti Design created a beautiful flow of colors in the main common areas, which suits the contemporary design of this new structure. All of the first floor circular columns were custom fitted with an eight-inch radius precast terrazzo base. It’s not every day you have the opportunity to photograph an iconic design such as “The Batman Building” here in Nashville. After shooting the newly renovated lobby and other interiors of the building for CBRE, I can’t imagine how the original interiors looked in 1994 when completed. The new new lobby is so bright, spacious and cozy, you could work there for hours on end. Como prometido ontem, saímos do barroco tardio da Sicília para o mundo de Batman! Assim é conhecido o edifício mais alto do Tennessee, nos Estados Unidos. O prédio fica em Nashville e, hoje em dia, pertence à AT&T. Projetado pelo escritório Earl Swensson Associates sob comando do arquiteto Richard Miller, o edifício foi inaugurado em 1994 e sempre teve o intuito de ser uma peça exclusiva, com design único que chamasse a atenção de quem estivesse na rua.
