It's been a struggle this week to adult... today was the worst! I have suffered from bipolarII and seasonal depression with a glob of anxiety 😖😫🙈 for the last...🕐🕑🕒 well forever! However I have been med free since moving to Ohio and finding a lifestyle that works for me! 🙌🏻🙌🏻 I have good days and bad. Most of the time a trip to the tanning bed, sun bathing or a milk shake and bubble bath help... (what it does? 🍦🛁) some days I just need to grab a kid and tickle them and snuggle them. Luckily I've got three little people who know they are mommys medicine and some time I need an extra dose. I know I'm not perfect and that's okay! I don't pretend to be. Today has been rough and lonely. All I really want, is to be better tomorrow and the next day! I've got eyes on me and I want to show them that even big people struggle and fall apart. I am human! Tomorrow the sun will rise and so will I. It might be cloudy and make me not want to get out of bed... but the choice is mine to stay down and out. or get up and be here! I want to show them with out even telling them... life is hard!
