Son olarak, büyükşehir belediyesi tarafından kurulan özel bir birimle, vefat eden bir vatandaşın defin işlemlerinden sonra ailelerine taziye ziyaretlerinde bulunuluyor. Bir imam, bir erkek ve bir kadından oluşan 3 kişilik ekip, acılı aileleri ziyaret ederek Cemil Tugay'ın selamlarını iletiyor, dualar okuyor ve ailenin ihtiyaçlarını gideriyor. Bu hizmet, özellikle doğu ve güneydoğu bölgelerinden gelen vatandaşlar tarafından büyük ilgi görüyor. #Mustafa #Yıldız, konuyla ilgili yaptığı açıklamada, "Bazen belediyemizin ulaşamadığı ya da vatandaşın bize ulaşamadığı onca muhtaç insanı belediyemize ulaştırıyoruz. Evladın kaybeden bir anneni, babanın acılarına belediye başkanımız adına ortak oluyoruz. Çoğu zaman onlar ile beraber ağlıyoruz ya da tek kalmış, eşini kaybeden yaşlı bir kadının bize sarılıp ağlaması bizimde ağlamamıza sebep oluyor. Bu kadar mukaddes ve içtenlikli olan bu görevi severek yapıyoruz. Özellikle doğu ve güneydoğu vatandaşlarımız bu taziye ziyaretlerine çok önem veriyorlar. Başkanımızda taziye esnasında taziye sahibine telefonla görüşüp başsağlığı dileklerinde bulunuyor Bu da vatandaşı çok memnun ediyor. Cemil Başkanımız göreve gelir gelmez bu uygulamayı devreye koydu.
