Over 300 distinct sign languages are used by these people together. Many people are unaware that sign languages are natural languages in their own right. Did you know it was #Worldlisteningday last week? I'm taking a slightly different approach and urge you to listen more to… no, not only your spouse, family or friends, but especially your body. Listen to what it’s telling you. If it feels tired…..rest If it feels hungry….nourish If it feels stressed….relax Symptoms of imbalance in your body manifest in lots of different ways. Develop a deep trust that your body is always working FOR you and trying to tell you something. But how often do we ignore these signs or symptoms, brush them aside and “get on with life”? Until they manifest into something more serious and our body is screaming at us! Usually, at this point, dis-ease has set in and we are dealing with much bigger issues 🥺 That unfortunately cannot “just” be resolved by resting, nourishing, relaxing or other straightforward steps. It’ll require much more focused, diligent and deep-rooted work that is completely tailored to your specific health issues. So not only on on World Listening Day, listen to your body and take some time to assess your feelings. If there are more pressing symptoms you've been ignoring, then make the decision to invest in your health, to investigate what's going on and make the necessary changes to get you back to a more peaceful and especially balanced state. Remember- prevention is better than cure 👌 I’m here to help- reach out for information on how I can support you back to optimum health and silence those screams.
