AD 570 ന് അറേബ്യയിലെ മക്കയിൽ ഖുറൈശ് എന്ന ഗോത്രത്തിൽ അബ്ദുള്ളക്കും ആമിനയ്ക്കും ജനിച്ചു മുഹമ്മദ്‌ . ഭാര്യ ഗർഭിണി ആയിരിക്കെ അബ്ദുള്ള മരണപ്പെട്ടു. കുഞ്ഞിന് 6 വയസുള്ളപ്പോൾ മാതാവും. പിന്നീട് തന്റെ പിതാമഹന്റെ സംരക്ഷണത്തിലും ശേഷം പിതൃവ്യന്റെ സംരക്ഷണത്തിലും ആണ് വളർന്നത്. മുഹമ്മദ്‌നെ എല്ലാവർക്കും വലിയ കാര്യമാണ്. എന്തൊക്കെ വന്നാലും മുഹമ്മദ്‌ സത്യമേ പറയൂ, ന്യായമായേ തീരുമാനമെടുക്കു. അതിനാൽ തന്നെ പല തർക്കങ്ങളിലും മദ്ധ്യസ്ഥൻ മുഹമ്മദ്‌ ആയിരുന്നു. അൽ അമീൻ (വിശ്വസ്ഥൻ) എന്ന് വിളിപ്പേരും വീണു. വിദ്യാഭ്യാസവും അക്ഷരജ്ഞാനവും ബാക്കി ഉള്ളവരിൽ ഭൂരിഭാഗം ആളുകളുടെ പോലെ തന്നെ മുഹമ്മദിനും ഇല്ല. 25 ആം വയസ്സിൽ അന്നാട്ടിലെ പണക്കാരിയും വ്യവസായിയും ആയ ഖദീജ (40) മുഹമ്മദിനെ ഒരു കല്യാണാലോചനയുമായി സമീപിച്ചു, അത് നടക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു. എല്ലാവരുടെയും സ്നേഹപാത്രമായി മുഹമ്മദ്‌ ജീവിച്ചു. എന്നാൽ 40 വയസ്സ് ആയപ്പോൾ കാര്യങ്ങൾ ആകെ മാറി മുഹമ്മദ്‌ (സ) "സ്വാർത്ഥനയി" മാറി. അദ്ദേഹം ഒരു മതപ്രവാചകൻ ആണെന്ന് നാട്ടുകാരെ അറിയിച്ചു.കുടുംബക്കാരും നാട്ടുകാരും 13 വർഷം ഉപദ്രവിച്ചപ്പോൾ മുഹമ്മദ്‌ നാടുവിട്ടു. എന്നാൽ നാട്ടുകാർ അടങ്ങിനിന്നില്ല, അദ്ദേഹത്തോട് യുദ്ധം ചെയ്യാൻ അവർ തീരുമാനിച്ചു. അത്രക്കും സ്വാർത്ഥനയിരിക്കുമല്ലേ മുഹമ്മദ്‌ (സ). നാട്ടുകാർക്ക് ഇത്രത്തോളം വെറുപ്പ് ഉണ്ടാവാൻ. ആ വെറുപ്പ് ഇന്നും തുടരുന്നു. മുഹമ്മദ്‌ ജനങ്ങളോട് നിർദ്ദേശിച്ച ചില കാര്യങ്ങളാണ് 'വിശ്വസ്ഥനെ ' "സ്വാർത്ഥനാ"ക്കിയത്. ഇന്നത്തെ വെറുപ്പിന്റെ കാരണവും മറ്റൊന്നല്ല. Over the past few weeks I’ve had numerous discussions with my comrades Cllr Naila Sharif, Cllr Tafheen Sharif and Cllr Shibley Alam regarding what we could for Islamophobia Awareness Month in #tameside Yesterday we had a fantastic Islamophobia Awareness Workshop held at Dukinfield Town Hall which was a huge success ✅ The aim of the workshop was to; 👉 Raise awareness of Islamophobia in society 👉 Provide information on what to do if you are a victim 👉 The importance of reporting Islamophobic hate crimes 👉 Showcase the positive contributions of the Muslim community I delivered a presentation on 🗣️; • What Islamophobia is • Where Islamophobia takes place • The types of Islamophobic hate crimes, with alarming statistics! • A variety of Muslim success stories I would like to thank @islamophobiaam for providing info/resources 🙏 The workshop was held in collaboration with Terry Quinn & Sue Moorcroft from @tamesidecouncil Community Safety Team and Sergeant Steve Naylor from @gtrmanchesterpolice - Tameside North and East. Who shared information on hate crime, facts & figures, how to report and the support available victims. 🚨 Sadly 4 in 5 young Muslims have said that they struggle with mental health issues 🚨 Over 70% of those who have suffered with mental health issues have also been victims of Islamophobia I would like to thank Tameside Councillors, students from @salforduni, students from @tamesidecollege, representatives from Khush Amdid, Sajjad Foundation, West African Development, Umeed Women’s Group, Pennine Care, Hyde Bangaldesh Welfare Association and the local community for attending.
