Često čujem rečenicu "uživaj dok su tako mali, sve tako brzo prođe.." Ja sam mama već 17 godina i stalno smo u nekim novim fazama i nikako da to nešto prođe.😅😅 Mi smo imali tu sreću da smo mogli i možemo biti uz njih, bake i djedovi su daleko, dadilje ih nisu čuvale. Iskoristili smo svaki trenutak, proživjeli svaku fazu. I sve je bilo u svoje vrijeme. Gdje smo bili mi, tu su bili i oni, to su prednosti ili "mane" privatnog posla. 🙈 Nema trenutka kada pomislim "zašto nisam" jer sam stvarno bila prisutna i baš zbog toga se veselim nekim novim njihovim fazama gdje ih mogu pustiti da sami istražuju svijet, traže svoje mjesto i nadati se da smo ih odgojili da budu dobri ljudi. When life feels hectic and overwhelming, it’s hard to slow down and be present. I’m guilty of this 💯 and it honestly makes me emotional. Everyone says these are the best years of my life and I feel they are flying by before I can turn my head. “Vacation” with three littles is anything but 😅 and with sleepless nights, Elliott and I have been pretty wiped out! However, God knew I needed a little lesson today and pulled me to the seaside and into the waves. Watching this little boy filled with so much wonder and awe at the waves crashing seemed to stop time. We could just be. In those moments, we both became lost in watching silently as the water came in and out around our feet. God knew I needed those moments today. I thanked Him silently as I explained to my son why the waves came in and out and l just how large the ocean really is. I NEVER WANTED DAUGHTERS 😱😳 Raising girls seemed like signing up for my own personal horror movie, revisiting every angsty, mean-girl-infested chapter of my own adolescence. Not to mention, the ways women can tear you down even into adulthood.🙄 I kinda longed for what seemed like the easy-going nature of male relationships and I JUST KNEW I was meant to raise amazing men. But..ummm…the universe don’t give a s*&t about your comfort zones. 🤷🏽♀️ When we plan, God laughs. And that’s exactly my beautiful life….instead of boys, I was BLESSED with THREE daughters. And they are literally ALL THE THINGS I could ever want and beyond! Although I didn’t eat dinner until almost 8pm ( #sportslife ) Today was such a good day 👏🏻💪🏻 I stayed busy most of the day so there was no mindless snacking. I do wish I would have had my protein drink this afternoon, but it just didn’t happen and it was too late after dinner to mess with it 🤪 Still a great day! 🌻 Started my morning at 5:30 with @cleansimpleeats Energy (Code: SHAYNA10) & a Sculpt you workout 💪🏻 🌻Breakfast- Bacon, egg, & cheese wrap with some grapes 🍇 and my favorite greens!! {3} 🌻Lunch- Buffalo chicken wrap, cucumbers, & “ranch” (Greek yogurt + ranch seasoning) I tried Tyson’s frozen air fried tenders in the air fryer for 4 points and they were SO good. {6} 🌻Dinner- Mississippi chicken, mashed potatoes, Mac & cheese, & green beans {9} This picture is misleading, it looks like I loaded up on Mac, but it’s the saddest amount for 4 points🤣 It was worth it tho.

I'm not complaining 🤪 if you have ever spoke to me about it, you know I'm not a fan of the "bounce back" culture, however, I'm very passionate about the "take care of yourself while pregnant" culture. I'm not a sit around, do nothing but eat kind of pregnant person. I didn't workout all pregnancy just so that I didn't gain weight or to "look good", I did it so that I FELT GOOD during pregnancy, could remain active with the two older kiddos and had a better labor/delivery and recovery. While it's often desired ... I'll be real with you. The body changes and transforms IMMENSELY during pregnancy. It will never go back to what it was pre-pregnancy. The sooner we all just accept that, the better. BUT that doesn't mean wecan'tt love our bodies and come back strong and healthy. I'm in no rush to push my body back to my previous routine. I'm beyond thankful for this body and ALL that it's done for me during pregnancy and beyond. I'm just here to continue showing it is possible to love our bodies through all life's phases.

IMM = INTERNATIONAL MARKETING MANAGER Das sind 3 Worte... 3 Worte welche so viel bedeuten... Ich habe Ende September 2021 angefangen die Produkte zu nutzen. Ich war Neugier ob sie mir wirklich helfen meine Lebensqualität zu verbessern, denn ich war gerade Mutter unseres dritten Kindes geworden. Der Alltag hat echt Kraft gekostet. Aber ich hatte nichts zuverlieren. Ich merkte schnell die ersten Resultate: fitter, leistungsfähiger, kaum noch Migräne/ Kopfschmerzen, keine Mittagstiefs, keine Allergien mehr (Birke, Gräser, Weizen etc...) für mich war es eine erhebliche Lebensverbesserung und ich bin dabei geblieben. Ich habe oft meine Fähigkeiten angezweifelt es zuschaffen, aber am Ende habe ich nie aufgegeben. Ich habe weiter gemacht. Und ich werde immer weiter machen. Mein Ziel ist es, dass wir uns weniger Sorgen ums Geld machen müssen und mein Mann später auch weniger arbeiten muss, damit wir mehr Familienzeit haben können. Denn die Zeit rennt einfach viel zu schnell. Und wir haben gesehen, wie sich ein Leben von jetzt auf gleich ändert. Mit der Diabetes-Erkrankung von unserem Sohn hat sich für mich ein "normaler" Job so gut wie erledigt. Deswegen bin ich dankbar, dass ich Teil einer so tollen PM-Familie sein darf. Denn so kann ich zu jederzeit arbeiten und trotzdem bei meinen Kindern und bei meinem Mann sein. Ein eigener Garten. Für einige so selbstverständlich, für andere so etwas besonderes. Ich gehöre zu den anderen. Zuletzt hatte ich einen Garten, als ich noch Zuhause bei meinem Vater gewohnt habe. Danach hatte ich mit Glück einen Balkon, oft aber eben auch nicht. Ich weiß nun wie dankbar ich für all das hier bin. Es ist verdammt viel Arbeit. Ja. Ich habe bereits viele Stunden investiert, um aus dem riesigen Garten etwas zu schaffen. Und es werden noch weitere Stunden verstreichen, bis alles einigermaßen fertig ist. Aber ich liebe es. Ich liebe es, dass die Kinder endlich toben können. Dass wir nicht alles packen müssen um mal raus zu kommen. Einfach die Küchentür auf und die Bande raus lassen. Ich kann währendessen einen Snack zubereiten und mit raus nehmen oder mit den Kindern einfach spielen. Kein Gedanke daran, wo die nächste Toilette ist, ob ich genug Windeln eingepackt habe, auch ja kein Trinken vergessen habe und keine Angst vor einem 5 Minuten Schlaf im Auto, der den Mittagsschlaf oder sogar den Nachtschlaf zunichte macht. Einfach raus, wenn die Sonne scheint. So einfach kann es sein. Ich sehe, wie alle 3 Kinder im Garten aufblühen. Und wie mein Herz hüpft, wenn man Abends spontan sagen kann, sie können noch etwas aufs Trampolin, bevor es Essen gibt. Ich bin dankbar für all das hier.
