A huge THANK YOU goes out to @jay_lache for sharing his insights on speed and efficiency during his speed clinic after our @northeastninjaassociation competition this weekend. Jay spent time with our older athletes showing them how to break down an obstacle course and then practiced moving through a set of obstacles as efficiently as possible. The evening ended with each athlete completing two full speed runs on our NENA course.
