Topped with some #aldiplantbasedcheese (not in the recipe, but pizza without cheese didn’t feel right). I put the avocado on in the last 3 minutes (recipe say to use it once the pizza is cooked), as I don’t like cold avocados. Fresh herbs and chilli oil to dress. Learning to make my own pizza is dangerous, I eat it way more than I used to now 🤣🤣 It was what I needed today, lots of comfort food 😍😍
