Some of y’all may have heard about our “oven situation”.... there’s never a good time for a bakery to lose both of its workhorse ovens, but the week before Thanksgiving is especially bad. 🤯👎💸💸💸 But never fear! Our friends at @acemartrestaurantsupply put a new double convection oven on a truck from San Antonio and we picked it up this morning! She’s a beaut - we’ll have a contest to name her soon. Unfortunately our kitchen will be closed for the rest of the day while we move the old beast out and get the new oven set up. But your holiday pies will be ready on schedule!
