Working on sanding some mug bottoms this morning and have been thinking... . It amazes me how having some time to myself away from everyone and constant access to information (aka social media) can really recharge my body, mind, and soul. . My amazing partner took our son for a whole day this past weekend and I went to a beach, hiked the rocky edges of the shore, then sat in a restaurant and ate a burger afterwards... all by myself. Attaching barnacles can take me anywhere from forty-five minutes to two hours to complete depending on the size of the piece.
