You will then be prompted to fill out a short survey about your report. Follow the prompts to report what mode of transportation you were utilizing, what the conditions were, and write a narrative of the occurrence and/or issue of that area. Hello friends. Some examples of popular microdosing protocols are: every other day, every 3rd day, and 4 days in a row with a 3 day break. Keeping on a schedule in the beginning of your microdosing journey is important because we want to be in a more constant state of neuroplasticity while creating those new neural pathways, to have easier access to different perspectives and understandings. With time, you will likely be needing to microdose less frequently and at a lower dosage once those new neural pathways have been established. Keep in mind this isn’t the same for everyone – some folks do benefit from staying on their consistent protocol and keeping their same dosage. It’s truly a personal journey. Regardless, taking breaks (1-2 weeks) is important to do if you are microdosing long-term (over 2 months). The reason for this is to be able to more clearly see how the microdose has been benefitting you, and in which areas you have been able to shift more permanently. An open love letter to Cal Poly Humboldt community, History going down at Cal Poly Humboldt nestled in redwood forest and old growth that’s always grown new life out of its ancient stumps is no coincidence. Over my lifetime and that of my parents and grandparents I’ve seen and known a lot of change in Humboldt. I’ve seen industry come and go again and again and with the privilege of having an intimate relationship with those woods that have always, no matter what, held down the potent energy that so shapes and blesses those who encounter it. I’ve witnessed many students and transients over the years be transformed so beautifully carrying those blessings with them back home and wherever they go next as a gift that keeps giving. Those redwoods have forever kept it sacred, wild, grounded and free from the matrix in a way so special and specific to the area, where I’ve learned not to worry about change degrading a place so dear to my heart as long as there’s woods there. If you’ve ever driven up the 101 where you reach the big beings coming up on avenue of the giants you’ve felt the spiritual boundary like night and day. You become instantly revitalized and cleansed. So It’s crucial to me to note the massive divine force of good that is the literal roots of Cal Poly Humboldt campus that’s being so beautifully held and channeled by its students and stewards -:) A Kahuna of Hawaii island advised me recently when working with the aina and plant medicine to always speak to nature as if you’re making a friend or talking to an old one. Introduce yourself by your full name and why you’ve come and to ask for what medicine you need and where in your body and life you need it. Be specific. Ask it how you may honor it. And listen. E Malama ‘oe I ka ‘Aina, e Malama ka ‘Aina ia ‘oe. Take care of the land and the land will take care of you. So students I want to offer this message to you as well as you do what you courageously do and say you are loved and held by more than you may know! keep going and keep communing with our ancient friends!
