📍 @basepizzeriamarske - Marske Possibly the best Pizza in Teesside, yep I said it! I visited Base Pizzeria in Marske recently, with my foodie girl gang ( @thenorthernist @whatkatesate @theteessidefoodie ) and it was epic! I went for the marinara with added chilli and spicy crumb, plus a side of fries and their fermented hot sauce. Boy was it incredible - they NEED to bottle the hot sauce, it was so so tasty 👅 Their wood fired dough had a lush stretch, with a beautiful thin base but still a lovely thick crust (perfect if you’re a crust dipper like me) Service was also fab, and we weren’t rushed out once we’d eaten, which I always like! It’s safe to say we all loved it, and I’m in no doubt that I will be visiting again soon!
