Today is @tonyrobbins birthday❤️ I want to reflect on my memory of all his live events, I attended. I remember it was a big stretch for me to pay $500 for my 1st Unleash the Power Within #upw2018 in 2018. I only became self-employed, but wanted to go so badly, so my wonderful mom purchased me a ticket as a gift for my birthday ❤️ After that, I was unstoppable 🤩, without a blink of an eye, I bought his 3 event’s package… it was crazy!! But felt right 💯 I knew I will be able to pay for it, his events were life-time experience. After one of his events, I decided to invest in Real Estate and flipping. I learned about discipline, about appreciation of every pain that life sends me… he taught me how to embrace the worst experience of my life, the lost, and say -thank you. And I did. He taught me about peak state, about trampoline ❤️🙏, about meditation, money, healthy eating, singing and dancing… Tony is a force of life! Tony is energy without age. Het was april 2019. De tijd stond even stil, ik voelde dat ik had gefaald… Happy KidsCare was in korte tijd enorm gegroeid. We hadden 54 happy teammembers rondlopen die niet meer zo happy waren. Processen waren nog niet goed geregeld, de communicatie was onduidelijk en iedereen stond op standje overleven…. De samenwerking met een manager verliep niet zoals gehoopt…. Kortom niemand werd hier blij van… En wat nu? Een oerkracht kwam omhoog en diep van binnen wist ik dat we dit gingen fixen, no matter what! M’n hoofd maakte overuren. Maar 1 ding wist ik zeker, ik ga vechten voor ons bedrijf en ervoor zorgen dat iedereen weer happy gaat worden. Maar ik had geen idee hoe…😅 In juni stond ik tussen andere ondernemers bij de Business Mastery van @tonyrobbins, swipe to see the big man! Een week lang van ‘Sochtends vroeg tot ‘savonds laat werden we ondergedompeld in de belangrijkste processen binnen je bedrijf Na 10 minuten wist ik, ik ben op de goede plek….. My mind was blowing away! Ik leerde zoveel in 1 week tijd en het was ook allemaal zo logisch… je moet het alleen even weten😅 Binnen 2 jaar hebben we alle belangrijke processen geïntegreerd. We weten aan welke knoppen we moeten draaien en waar onze focus ligt! We hebben nu zo’n sterke basis neergezet, waar we verder op kunnen bouwen. Ik ben blij dat ik investeer in mezelf en in m’n bedrijf om iedere dag beter te worden! Ik zie dat ook als mijn verantwoordelijkheid ten opzichten van het happy team en onze gezinnen die we begeleiden. Iedere keer als ik vastloop ga ik op zoek naar, hoe dan wel? Wie of wat kan mij vooruit helpen? Ik kan me zomaar voorstellen dat jij ook tegen je plafond aan zit en op zoek bent. Maandag de 14e en do de 24e febr. Where's your "HAPPY PLACE"? 😎 Always keep your happy place in mind! 😊 For me, the beach is my happy place. The sound of waves splashing against the shore is so calming. The wind is ever so graceful bringing a slight chill 🙂 My first major beach impression was about 10 years ago when I took a trip with my family to Destin, FL. On the nights we stayed, I snuck out to the beach while everyone was sleeping 😴 This memory has been solidified in my brain. Walking on the beach, ALONE, under a full moon illuminating the dark sky. A sign that says "Beware Your Own Risk" or something like that indicated that I was truly "one deep" out there. It was just me... meeting where land ends and water begins 🏖 As the waves continued crashing, I realized there was more to the world than what I had currently been seeing (everyday). The white sand, now in my shoes, became a representation of the passing of time. We are not getting any younger! ⏰ I will never forget this experience, where I discovered my (physical) happy place and became more connected to the world & my existence. 🌍 Whether real or imaginary (through visualization), I hope you tap into your happy place when things get challenging in your life! Revisit your happy place often for new insight & to reconnect with your deepest purpose in life. 😉 COMMENT what you think! 😀

If you invest in the markets, understand WHY you are doing so! 😊 Due to the nature of our financial system, savers get eaten up by inflation over time which forces savers to become investors (and speculators) 💰 Many resort to the stock market, not truly understanding what they are investing in or the true risks at hand. Some find real estate (my love) or new mediums such as cryptocurrency to stash their investment funds. 💸 The issue lies in relying on the market to create your wealth. Yes, some people do create a nice nest egg from trading or investing in a small tech company that booms to a giant... but those people are atypical of this roadmap. Time is also a major factor and if the market ever tanks in that critical period it may take years to get back even. The major point here is your market investments should be creating new income or preserving your current income streams. This is my personal opinion now and if you do not agree, that is perfectly fine! 🙂 I invest in a dividend portfolio (80% real estate, 20% large cap companies that have been resilient in the last economic downturns) that generates monthly income. I am not depending on this porftolio to be my wealth creation catalyst, it is moreso to preserve the purchasing power of my cash and create a new income source via dividends. Anyhow, that's my plan! I hope you are taking advantage of benefits like this! 📚 Wealth is a journey. The books you read, the people you meet, & the experiences you have will all play a part in your journey. Ensure you are taking the right path! One that will lead you to wealth and to enjoy its fruits while you are still able to. I don't have the answer, because there isn't just one answer. I can honestly say I have found direction in The Millionaire Fastlane and Unscripted by MJ Demarco. Both of these books introduce the idea of being wealthy and young, share examples of people who have achieved this feat, and give models / frameworks to guide you with accomplishing this task for yourself. 😄 In essence, I would like for you to enjoy your life and build something amazing (something you are passionate about). But in the meantime, I don't want you to be fooled on your journey to financial freedom. 💸 Take a path that will actually get you there, sooner than later or take a path that will actually get you there (not one where you will likely die before you experience the fruits of your efforts)! When you set small goals, you usually achieve them... 😏 But when you set MASSIVE goals, you force yourself to stretch and really get to see what you are capable of! 💯 After reading The 10x Rule by Grant Cardone, I realized setting baby goals was detrimental to my long term success. THINK BIG! 😎 Set your targets well beyond your comfort zone. And if / when you come up short, don't modify your goal... What is your biggest challenge with growing your audience? 🤓 For me, it has been CONSISTENCY. For some of my creative friends it has been new ideas. However a challenge we all run into at some point is how to create a LOYAL audience. 😊 The world is saturated with content and it doesn't look like things are slowing down anytime soon which means you can get the knowledge from ANYWHERE. 🌍 The only thing that makes people stick is if YOU ARE DIFFERENT. I will let you define what different means in your life but for me that means approaching relationships, business, and life with a zest... an element of uniqueness! 😊 I convey this in my vision for a better life. I discuss my vision with others and align my perspective with theirs because in essence we all want the same things - good health, good relationships, freedom & prosperity. 😉 I am VERY COMMITTED to developing my listening skills. This is the skill that pays big dividends! Hush up and take notes my friend, UNDERSTAND where someone is coming from because we don't always want an immediate solution. 💯 Success comes from SERVICE. Talk about what they like talking about and see where your interests overlap. See if you can build the relationship further by engaging in activities that are beneficial/ enjoyable to both sides. . And my biggest tip, which I have found to be the most helpful for me AND others is helping them stay accountable with things they say and COMMIT to doing! 🔥 . Form the habit of setting goals with other people and checking up with them on their progress. They will likely ask about your progress in return so set a great example by doing your part! .
