These pictures took every ounce of courage to get done, I had to outsource strength I didn’t know I had and face the reality of having unhealed trauma in a way I’d never considered. Whilst facing Julian I had to face my past and demons to even muster enough nerve to be in front of a camera. Images of my past started to resurface and initially I was fighting them, but when I realised how strong I was for throwing myself in the deep end, I understood that this time things were different, I was in charge of the narrative. I realised I was exactly where I needed to be. @ganderphoto Julian made me so comfortable to share my story and see the empowerement through it. I was going to wait until the morning but I thought I'd do a little review of this book now while it's fresh in my mind. This book was well and truly a rollercoaster of emotions from start to finish, every chapter had its moments of shock, surprise, pure joy and even pure sadness as well. The beginning was amazing, watching a certain characters downfall through his own stupidity, but he did (somewhat) redeem himself a bit near the end when he helped Rhysand and Feyre. The middle was fun, watching Feyre grow into her new body a bit more and learning how to handle everything that comes with it. The plans that were laid out and what was needed to be done was interesting, despite the consequences of what their actions would bring, they did it for the right reasons and they were prepared to deal with those consequences. The last few chapters were the ones that got me, for the first time that I can honestly remember, this book made me tear up, the things that happened from chapter 70 to the end had me going through so many emotions I didn't know how to feel, but I was very happy with how it ended. Súhrn týždňa, ako na hojdačke alebo ako počasie aj keď koncom týždňa už aspoň počasie potešilo 🌞💛💚🏵️. Stresy, nervy v práci, už čakám kedy budem mať ja voľno. A ja na svoje fyzické zdravie momentálne kašlem alebo nemám čas, čo sa týka návštev niektorych lekárov. Jedine momentálne svoje duševné zdravie riešim. Niekto si viacej užíva a zabúda. با ترس و دودلی امده بود. ترس از اینکه مبادا کسی او را ببیند و دیوانه اش پندارد. بارها شنیده بود که فقط دیوانه ها نزد روانشناس می روند. اما دیگر تاب آن همه مشکلات را نداشت. شاید هم از روی کنجکاوی آمده بود. اری شاید او نیز تا دیروز مثل شما فکر می کرد. اما همین که روبرویم نشست، صدها کلمه برای جاری شدن بر زبان به ذهنش خطور کردند. گفت نمی دانم از کجا شروع کنم. گفتم از هر کجا که دلت می خواهد. بی اختیار لبخندی بر لبش نشست و شاید این اولین بار بود که به انتخابش احترام میگذاشتند. باهمان لبخند شروع کرد. گفت و گفت.... گاه میگریست و گاه میخندید به روزهایی که دیگر نبودند. جلسه اول که تمام شد، می خواست برود که در آستانه ی در ایستاد و با نگاهی پر از امید و با تبسمی بر لب گفت: "فکر نمیکردم هیچگاه روزی این حرفها را نزد کسی بازگو کنم و شاید هم اگر شما نبودید همیشه ناگفته می ماندند." اری دیوارهای اتاقم شاهد هزاران درد بوده اند. دردهایی که از میان قصه ی زندگی افرادی سر برآورده اند که روزی با شما همسایه، همکلاس و یا همنشین بوده اند. کسانی که حرفها داشتند برای گفتن اما کسی نشنید و امروز به اینجا پناه اورده تا شاید به دور از ترس قضاوت شدن و یا سوء استفاده از حرفهایش فریاد سالها رنج و درد را با جویی از اشک همراه سازد، به امید مرهمی به نام همدلی. کاش می شد به همگان فهماند که مهمان اتاق من یک دیوانه و مجنون نیست. یا یک درد کشیده ی بی پناه است یا ره گم کرده ای تشنه راهنمایی که تجربه ی زیبای سبک شدن از هجوم افکار مزاحم را با خود از نزد من خواهد برد. کاش تو نیز روزی به این باور برسی که من طبیب دیوانگان نیستم. من جراح افکار و هیجانات فرو خورده ام. که با متدهای علمی آرامش را به تو هدیه خواهم داد. و امواج خروشان اضطراب را از تو دور خواهم ساخت... فقط کافیست که تو بخواهی وبیایی.
