This morning I was able to teach a entrepreneur class at First Baptist school. I informed the kids on the pros and cons of being an entrepreneur . Also was able to demonstrated a couple haircuts on students. There was a student that has aspirations of being a barber and he was able to give another student a haircut with my assistance. I hope the tips that I gave him stick with throughout his journey to becoming a barber🙏🏾. Over the weekend the Central Coast Regional Show was held at Gosford. There were many entries to the Knitters Guild Competition, with some from the ladies from Set on Sewing & Craft. We can now proudly announce that our very own Crochet / Weaving / Knitting Teacher, Noelene, took out not only First Place in the crochet blanket category, but also won BEST IN SHOW for her version of Maya’s Meadow, pattern by Deidre Uys @lookwhatimade using Scheepjes Whirls (Turkish Delight) and Whirlettes. I have found I'm not much interested in the same stitch over and over again for a whole project.
