When you're competing, do you feel like you burn out of energy way too quickly... despite not even doing anything tiring? 🧐 Do you start yawning halfway through competition? Do you even get sleepy? This could all be because you are someone who is highly sensitive. You hear everything. You see everything. You feel everything. You can even smell that person's feet from 3 metres away. If you are this person, a competitive environment is extremely difficult to be in. It's loud, there is movement everywhere and everyone smells like anxiety. Can this be changed? No. Not really.
