Started the day by grabbing lunch at @detroit_shipping followed by our first visit to @dynodetroit. After a brief tutorial by Caleb, we were set loose on the beginner autobelay courses. Olive was scared at first until she gained trust that the motorized winches wouldn’t drop her. From not wanting to do it to making it halfway up was great progress. 15 years ago, in 2009, I started a hockey team in college. Today we had a team party to celebrate that! From then to now, we’ve had a core group that has been around for years, a few who have been there from the start and many others who have joined us along the way for a season or even just a few games. These last few weeks, I’ve reached out to more than 75 previous and current players. It’s been great catching back up with a lot of them and even better seeing many today. On top of that, I’m very happy and amazed, at how each week I still get to see some of my best friends and teammates. 15 years ago a lot has happened, so many events, memories and life changes. Just think about 15 years ago, where were you, what were you doing, how much is different now. It’s crazy how fast it all goes by. We started as a a random group of friends to a full on group which has grown into a family! From past to present, if 10 championships, vacations, tournaments, weekly nights out, parties, weddings, kids, new jobs, moving in and out of state and so much more, it’s been a wild ride and I wouldn’t trade these guys for anything! Thank you to all the friends, families, wives and girlfriends who put up with all of us and sacrifice certain things so we can enjoy our time out every week and sometimes weekends. I know I appreciate that. Here’s to the next 15 years and the 15 after that and the 15 after that, until we can’t play anymore. Playoffs start next week so let’s add another championship. Thank you everyone who came out, we miss all of you who weren’t able to make it and we hope to see everyone who wasn’t able to come very soon. Thank you Marco for allowing us to entertain at your venue @detroit_shipping. For the past teammates to now and the future ones, love you all, I hope you’re all doing great and have a REAL GOOD weekend!!! 😊❤️🏒

Great times had at the Detroit shipping company Lions playoff game watch party on 1/20/24! It was cool to be able to share reactions with people during the game game and we kicked some butt again :) Always enjoy the dumplings from Momo Cha but Definitely was let down by the @Coop Caribbean Chicken’s” Jamaican jerk chicken wings! Third time I’ve gotten them and the last. I can make my own chicken wings if you’re not gonna include half of the ingredients anymore? No more cabbage or orange I guess?
