Det kan vara bra för dig att förbereda dig lite så du vet vad vinet innehåller och vart det kommer från. 🍇 Ni får såklart be mig om tips också och jag kan också skicka mitt egna provningsprotokoll som jag gjort. På våra vinprovningar brukar vi även ha med frågan: Vilken känsla/minne får du av vinet? Comeyre 2021, L Anglore, Vallée du Rhône. A mix of 90% Carignan and 10% Bourboulenc and Clairette from vines planted in 1926 by Eric’s great-grandfather. Explosive red fruit (black cherry, raspberry) with hints of scrubland. The tannins are rather soft, but deep and intense. The Domaine de l’Anglore, founded by Marie and Eric Pfifferling in Tavel, cultivates its vines on 18 hectares using organic farming. Their wines, often called the « Beaujolais of the south, » are distinguished by their fruity, fresh, and deep character, reflecting Eric’s passion for natural wine. About last Friday🥂 Sidste fredag var vi til vinsmagning med @laurvin.dk og en vinbonde fra Piemonte - fra vingården La Giribaldina, som vi har besøgt flere gange. Det var en super hyggelig aften med gode vine og god mad. Maden stod @cafecarlosogdiegos for, og det var også i deres hyggelige omgivelser, at smagningen blev holdt. Har du ikke besøgt dem, så tag et smut forbi til et glas vin, sherry eller noget helt tredje og lidt at spise (de holder åbent fredag/lørdag) - stedet er drevet af familie og venner på frivillig basis og overskuddet går til gode formål/sociale ting, eks. holdt de julemiddag for en masse mennesker, som ikke selv havde muligheden - det kan man da kun støtte!
