📣 ¡Atención, empresarios! A partir del 1 de abril, las empresas con programas IMMEX y PROSEC pueden presentar su Reporte Anual de Operaciones de Comercio Exterior (RAOCE) en la Ventanilla Única de Comercio Exterior Mexicana (VUCEM). 📋 Es obligatorio para las empresas bajo los programas IMMEX y PROSEC presentar este reporte anualmente según lo establecido por los decretos. No cumplir con esta obligación puede resultar en la suspensión o cancelación de los programas. 🚫 🔗 Fechas importantes: PROSEC: la fecha límite para presentar el reporte es el 30 de abril de 2024. IMMEX: el plazo es hasta el 31 de mayo de 2024. Si no se presenta el reporte en las fechas señaladas, los programas serán suspendidos o cancelados en los meses siguientes. 🔎 Detalles del RAOCE: Incluye información como ventas totales, exportaciones e importaciones, y saldo de exportación. IMMEX deben reportar exportaciones de al menos 500 mil dólares o el 10% de su facturación. 💼 Si cometes un error en el reporte, debes corregirlo y notificar a Economía en los siguientes 5 días hábiles al envío. Adjunta documentos que acrediten al representante legal.
