I joined a #themeothemonth group a couple weeks ago. The theme this month is abstract. These are my submissions. The first shows a group of what became many thousands on Snow Geese at #forsythewildliferefuge. I love the repeating patterns mixed with scale and focus. Kinda abstract, I guess. Sage Thrasher..... say what?.... not often you get a sage thrasher in New Jersey, in fact I can never remember one being here, but this fella was just about the most accomodating bird I have ever seen. Osprey - while exploring Forsythe Wildlife Refuge I was able to capture this raptor in overhead flight. While I wish there was a bit more background behind the bird, I am grateful to have seen him in flight.
