To admire the moments where my kids love eachother well and play well together. To be grateful for all of our many blessings. To thank God for every opportunity and source of provision. To choose joy and intentionally turn days back around when it feels like it is going the wrong direction. To doodle flowers just for fun, and have spontaneous crafting nights with my babies. To listen to songs that bring me peace and make me happy inside. To repeat recipes that I enjoy and nourish my body with food that is good for me, and food I love. At the orchard we enjoy some regular meditation time where the children can take time to close their eyes, relax and listen to the beautiful wildlife if they wish to. The children also enjoyed learning about the tongue drum and played some soft sounds and watched as the birds flew over them. This helps the children to relax and is great for their well being levels as they take time for themselves, some had a lay down to relax and close their eyes. We closed our eyes and discussed what we could hear, we heard planes, birds, bees and their friends laughing, bikes, the children asked the staff to close their eyes and tell them what they could hear which was lovely to observe.
