Not only are these dogs suffering, but these conditions often result in behaviors that make them less adoptable. Help me in supporting shelter dogs in Santa Fe. Most dogs require a round of 3 Reiki sessions. However, I let the dogs lead and monitor their behavior changes by working closely with shelter staff. What. A. Weekend!! From Martinsburg to Hagerstown to DC!⚡️⚡️ Friday night at @casaompotomac (1st photo) with an amazing group with @goodsoulhotyoga! So much fun with them. Sunday morning with @christaangeloyoga at @h.h.wellness (2nd, 3rd, 4th photos) in Hagerstown for Bliss & Brunch! Fun, fun, fun! The energies had me flowing, Christa wove a beautiful practice, the food from 28South was so good, and everyone had so many kind words of their experience. Sunday evening in DC at the cozy & beautiful @lighthouseyogacenter (last photo). I got to meet the wonderful @taralyoga who I felt like I have known for ages because I have so many friends that are her friend & have seen her events everywhere. Meeting her beautiful, sweet daughter was a joy. I love when kids come to my events. Their experiences are different because they are more open & traditionally don’t have as much baggage as adults. Another amazing group & see my soul’s brother @christopherwsheppard 🥰 Tired but flying high from all the great people, locations, businesses, collaborators; I wish I could bottle up that feeling I get when I play & sprinkle it everywhere I go. #alchemysoulempowerment ✨music for the soul✨

LUNA WESAK, NO TE LO PIERDAS….En la luna llena de mayo se celebra el Día de Wesak. Esta fecha fue reconocida en 1.999 por Naciones Unidas como el día más sagrado para millones de personas que siguen las enseñanzas budistas. Se trata de un homenaje a la contribución del budismo en la espiritualidad de la Humanidad, ya que coincide con que el nacimiento de Buda hace más de 2.500 años, en el año 623 a.C. coincidió con la luna llena. Además, se dice que también fue en este día del plenilunio de mayo cuando Buda alcanzó la iluminación y el día de su muerte a los 80 años de edad. Millones de personas que siguen las enseñanzas de paz, amor y compasión de Buda , celebran en la Luna Wesak, su nacimiento, su iluminación y su tránsito hacia la eternidad. Por eso hemos decidido hacer sonar los Gongs en diferentes lugares del planeta, para contribuir con esa vibración al mensaje que Buda dejó. Según cuenta la tradición, fue el propio Buda quien dio instrucciones para celebrar este día. Una fábula cuenta que el día en que Buda iba a morir, vio a su fiel servidor llorando. Buda le aconsejó no llorar y que comprendiese la ley universal por la que todas las cosas son impermanentes, incluidos nuestros cuerpos y que son las enseñanzas, conocidas como el Dharma, las que son eternas y permanentes. También dijo que no le rindieran homenaje con ofrendas de flores, incienso ni luces sino trabajando para seguir sus enseñanzas, tratando de seguir una vida noble y practicar la bondad. Yesterday I had the pleasure of giving an Ice Bath Gong Bath to a group of about 20 brave souls from Kingston Wimhof - Inside Fire, who plunged into the ice cold waters of Lake Ontario. It was a thrill of a chill!!! Cold and Bold!!! We believe this was the world's first #icebathgongbath. We did breath work to begin.
