With the encouragement of @rocasio we finally linked up with Doug Marsh and got Ashlyn racing at @thompsonkartraceway She was excited yet nervous to step out of her comfort zone and venture into outdoor competitive karting. @nascaryouthduelinthedesert Race weekend recap. Spent a busy weekend running lots of laps. Over all for the weekend ended up with 5 heat race wins out of 6 and 5 main event wins out of 6. Day 1 I won all heats and all mains making it a clean sweep in all classes: Sr Honda, Lt 160 and Lt World Formula. Day 2 I won heats and mains in Sr Honda and Lt 160 and ended up 2nd in my heat and main for Lt World Formula. Johnny @wandlerspeed was quick like lightning. While of course I always want to be #1 I am Pumped for my friend and his first world formula win. It was fun to see my out of town friends and to go elbows up on the track. My cousin Dylan competed in his first actual race too and he won both days in red rookie so it was an exciting weekend with lots of wins to go around in the Gansen trailer. Special shout out and thank you to my buddy @tatumkriegelracing for letting me borrow your World Formula engine while I'm waiting on my new one to be built. Shot my very 1st @pcs_league match today at @etx_rpc and it was a blast! This was the first time this match has ever been put on in this area and @randynix and @dalton.baker.shoots did an excellent job putting it together. This is also the first match that I’ve ran my new @atlasgunworks Erebus pistol and it did a phenomenal job spitting out my AngelFire Ammo 💯 I haven’t shot in a while so I was a little rusty but I’m pretty happy with how I did. So on 3rd gens when you’re relocating the battery and some other components it looks way better to get rid of the abs so we decided to draw up this little mount for our willwood proportioning valve. Great weekend with the crew! Started off watching some folks turn left with Michael Rhodes at the Ardmore Dirt track on Friday night. Then on Saturday we were rollin decent until we weren’t thanks to a -.000 red light 4th round. We were all running crazy today as we had all 3 cars in late rounds. Dad and Nicole made it to the semis where dad kicked it red and we just missed Nicole’s dial about .008 too much. As for me I felt great on the tree and tagged it good all day until the last 2 rounds where I kinda fell out of the car, but we happily settled for the runner up after the beating this car has given me since the world finals. All in all hard to ask for a better weekend! Little bit of a late post, been crazy busy, not only racing my mini dwarf but also my R/C car and playing Fall Baseball.. Raced @cocopahspeedwayaz a couple of weeks ago. Got the W. It was my first time back in the seat after taking about 6 weeks off for the summer. Put the ol ghost motor back in as well as a new fuel tank and gave it a shot. Car ran good but still have some fine tuning to do to this thing to make it a 🚀. Main started in the last spot and found myself under my best friend and fellow racers car. Was able to work my way up through the field and pick up the win. I can’t do any of this without my sponsors. Just removed the stock turbo inlet(not valve lol) & intake, installed the much larger CTS Turbo Inlet & Intake and ... oh ma gaaaaaaaawwwddd!!!
