Had the honor of hanging with the bourbon legend - Greg Metze, Master Distiller at Old Elk. It was an Old Elk tasting event @liquorworldsharon. Before joining Old Elk (Fort Collins, CO) in 2016, he was the Master Distiller at MGP. He joined MGP (at the time it was called Seagrams) in 1978 after graduating from University of Cincinnati with a degree in chemical engineering. He was/is the man behind the bourbon of many of the brands that you are familiar with. Absolute genius!
