Two outfits from last weekend in Berlin. The first one is from Friday night. Strictly speaking it’s daywear and I might even have worn brown boots after six 😂 Honestly I’m not into evening wear myself but I was impressed by the flawless white tie outfits of some other guests at the @kabarettdernamenlosen That being said everything goes from vintage to fetish wear. The range of outfits was a creative celebration of subcultures. Spiderweb tie from @briarvintage The second outfit is closer to my everyday style wearing a chambray shirt with the tweed trousers from the Mister Goodwood suit and a Shawlcollar Cardigan. I wore this to the Pop Up event. As always it was an delight to mingle with the Berlin vintage scene who just “get it” and share the enthusiasm for vintage details, ties, books, music and so on. Somehow, sewing wasn't working out, but yesterday I started again and embroidered the cloche for the 'Kabarett der Namenlosen' for a few hours. The crown is nearly finished. Tomorrow, I'll finish the brim. So far, it looks quite good, and I hope my design works out – we'll see.
