Due to inactivity 101.7 FM was threatened to be taken by a station in Lachute who wanted to take our frequency for their gain. After a community member of Kanehsatake had brought light to the situation, immediate action was taken by members of the community. Maybe setting up a laundry day schedule might work for you - if you don’t have time during the week to stay on top of it all, block off some time on the weekend to reset for the week ahead. Sometime’s your kids prefer to use the floor rather than a hamper, but there are ways to encourage them to use the hamper instead of the floor - for example, you could reward the good behaviour with gold stars/stickers and compliments or move the hamper to the most convenient place in the room (even if it’s right next to the door)!
