Allow me to crush on myself today๐๐๐ Today I want to encourage every new mom or old mom out there struggling with getting their pre pregnancy body back. Let me share my story with you,and hope it inspires you to not forget the reward you got in exchange for the price you paid. Fast forward to pre pregnancy body,I was a comfortable 10 /12 because am bursty. Now during my pregnancy,most of my clothes still fit till my last trimester I began to add especially, my tummy. Overnight just became big๐ Now during my exclusive breastfeeding of my son I didn't put on weight much neither did I loose weight. After the 6month exclusive breastfeeding I started adding drastically and yes I was watching what I was eating. A lot of people told me different things,compared me to different mom's Wondered y I was putting on so much weight and I had to loose it ,like I was just sitting and eating๐.
