Shocked is all I have to say! ⚡️ At the beginning on January I joined a @dietbet I went in thinking “this should be easy” but it most certainly was not. Ever since I got in my 40s losing weight has been HARD. This month the scale has been up and down constantly. It’s been frustrating because I was putting in more work than before trying to lose weight, working out everyday and eating healthy. The diet bet was over on the 29th, I had until midnight on the 31st (today) to weigh in. Yesterday I seriously thought I was just going to give up the $35 fee. However, this morning I stepped on the scale and I’ve lost the 4% body weight plus another 0.8 pounds! Yesterday I took this picture, my shirt says “Trust the process” I guess it’s a good thing I did! 😅
