Happy Plantshelfie Sunday🌿 Scindapsus silver and scindapsus sp. スキンダプサスシルバーと大きな葉っぱのsp.です🌿 どちらも徒長せずにフサフサと伸びてくれています わたしは無機質の硬い土で植物を育てるのが好きですが、スキンダプサスは柔らかい土の方がうまくいくものがあるように思います。エキゾチカに似たsp.は園芸店で購入したものですが、エキゾチカよりも大きい葉を出すので、どこまで葉っぱが大きくなるのか実験がてら、ねこチップ(ココチップ＋日向土)で育てています おかげさまで大きめの葉がふさふさ🌿写真には写しきれていない1m近く伸びたツルの先の葉は流石に小さくはなっていますが、それでもなかなか頑張ってくれています🌿🌿 鉢増ししたらもっと大きくなるかな🙄♥️

It’s always been a factor of my life. I go through waves as I truly love life and am a happy bubbly person but life can also be dark and difficult. I’ve experienced many losses, hurts, and things that would shock you to the core have happened to me. But I am not a sum of those things that have happened to me and I am not the things other people project onto me. Part of my healing journey has been through self help podcasts. Recently I learnt about the “let them theory” and needed to tell you about it! @melrobbins talked about this on her podcast a few times. Basically it’s about letting the things and people around you do what ever they want to do whether it’s good or bad and understand that it’s not a reflection on yourself or who you actually are. Let them misunderstand you. Let them lose you. Let them talk about you. Let them not text you first ever. Let them not show up to your baby shower. Let them make mistakes of their own. Everything that’s meant to be for you will be. This theory weans out the stress of everything. It weans out the wrong people for you. It’s given me power to control what I can and let go of what I cannot. I was always the helper and fixer… I even made a job out of it lol Now I am FREE!! Anyways try it!
