So Jo at @mywonderfulyoga has been giving us a bit of a balance workout recently and I've been trying to practice at home as I have such poor balance. TLDR: I have flat feet and accessory navicular syndrome (extra bone in ankle) so have zero balance. My #OOTD post for today 😁 Top and skirt both 2nd hand from charity shops and the tights are @snagtights 80 denier in the lovely yellow 'Seahorse'. As a size guide, I wear a D but an E is comfortable too.
