A few more from the city centre a very mixed day and not just the weather ...again without repeating myself lots of positives but have to say you ll note the total lack of people !! And walking down Fargate and Chapel Walk was nothing short of depressing. The question I would like to ask is what exactly are we doing to entice operators back into the city ....coffee bars and the odd new restaurant are not going to do it alone ???
