Bikepacking tip: Seatbag install. So most of the seat bags out there all share a few commonalities. They load from the back and require straps to compress the bag and the more you compress them the more secure the system becomes. Here’s a step by step of how to install your bag: 1. Loosen all the straps and load up the bag standing on either side of the bike. 2. Move the the back of the bike and straddle the wheel, start rolling the seatbag. 3. Once rolled clip the loosened straps 4. Use your body to compress the bag, which will release tension from the straps. Now you can tighten the straps using your body weight to compress the bag rather then just the straps!
